Residents of City 13:
Yossef Bartholome - Acquaintance
He was the french colleague, who introduced me to City 13. He is quite nice, he showed me around and the City. He showed me the french culture somewhat. Their Lab is massive, I'm quite jealous of it to be fair. Though, he seems like a ordinary person. But I know damn well, they want to know all of our resesarch... But that is just political playing between the two cities.

Helena von Arztyk - Acquaintance
She is a nice french girl, I met her in the cafe, when I was around and Yossef showed me everything. She tried to include her into the conversation, as she sat there lonely.. Which was okay, I guess. But so far, I like the girl. She constantly translates things for me from French to English, which I appreciate much.

Redvar Scott - Neutral
One of the workers here, they call it something the line of Union des Travel.. something, but he is okay. He has been nice so far, like anyone else. Maybe, considerable of my current status and position within the City.

Almir "Eredin" Lirenheimer - Neutral
One of the guys, who are within their ministry of commerce. I told him about that incident in Cafe Baltic, he seemingly did make an end to that guy. Though, the Underclass deserved it.

Cafe Baltic - Dislikes
Nothing much to say about them, the Owner tried to tax me for being from City 24, but now.. He hangs there, dead.. As "indesirable", which is their account for Underclass, blaming the frenchphobia on me, like my guy. I didn't do shit

Civil Protection - Respects
They have been so far nicer than in City 24, they showed me proper respect. They acknowledge my concern or reports instead of waving them off. They handled the situation well. I'm glad, that City 13 is actually protected by such a type of protection.

Flamel - Acquaintance
One of the medical staff on their city, I met her once in the lab.

Scarlett - Acquaintance
Funny surname, also a staff of their Research Union... But I think, she was the Engineer on their department.

Martin Francis Lefèvre - Acquaintance
He is one of the MCP officials in their district, they behave like the gestapo. They give out loans to people? Pretty sure, they work better hand in hand than our own MoC and MCP.. Anyways, he showed me around and showed me their District Administrator and Citizen Assembly, which on their end is just a desk with few chairs and nothing else. While, we have a literal congress. But, City 24 can afford more things than City 13 in the past, but no more. Anyways, the glory of City 24 will be kept preserved, I'd assume?
